Zusammenfassung

ForMotion is seeking a Collections & AR Specialist to manage accounts receivable balances and support timely payer and patient reimbursements. You will perform post-billing follow-up, research denials, and collaborate with payers and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient revenue cycle operations.

The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant communications, performance metrics, and coordination with billing, coding, and clinical teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of healthcare AR, collections, or denial management experience
• Strong knowledge of payer reimbursement methodologies and denial codes
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer AR
• Familiarity with EOBs, ERAs, and payer portals

Aufgaben

• Manage and follow up on assigned AR balances and payer/patient accounts
• Research denials, submit corrected claims and appeals as needed
• Document activity, references, and outcomes in the billing system
• Coordinate with billing, coding, CCS, and other teams to resolve root causes and speed cash collection
