Job summary

Advocate Health is offering an Administrative Internship for graduate students pursuing a Healthcare Administration degree. The internship is remote (work from home) for residents in listed states, including New Hampshire, running May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week.

Interns will engage in diverse healthcare management projects, collaborate with clinicians and staff, and gain exposure to system administration and strategy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and current enrollment in a graduate Healthcare Administration or Business with focus in healthcare (CAHME preferred).
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Intern will help manage a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects and contribute to progress of initiatives.
• Becomes part of the work unit to carry out assigned tasks within rotation and utilize internal/external resources.
• Assist in describing and integrating functions across practice, education, and research within Advocate Health.
• Support in developing programs, processes, or applications and preparing information and research materials.
