Job summary
Socket.dev is recruiting Healthcare Administration Teaching Assistants to support instructors in Campus's live online program. You will lead weekly discussions, assist with grading, and hold virtual office hours in the 6–10 PM EST window.
Ideal candidates have a healthcare admin background, prior teaching or mentoring, and strong communication, with comfort using LMS and video tools. This is a part-time, remote role with flexible scheduling and course-based compensation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of healthcare experience.
- Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduates.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for student success.
- Comfort with LMS and video conferencing tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead live weekly discussion sections.
- Provide grading and structured feedback.
- Hold virtual office hours.
- Support case study and applied project work.
- Reinforce professionalism, communication, and healthcare standards.
- Escalate academic or integrity concerns appropriately.
