Job summary

Campus is seeking dedicated IT Teaching Assistants to support live, online college courses. You’ll build relationships with students, help them stay organized, and stay on track throughout the 11-week term.

TAs work with instructors to provide timely feedback and academic support, joining lectures, leading discussions, and hosting weekly office hours to foster community. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in IT/CS or related fields, teaching or tutoring experience, and comfort with online

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.
Experience teaching, tutoring, or training in technical subjects.
Comfort using online education tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

Support and grade assignments for a group of 30-40 students in an 11-week online course
Act as a mentor and coach to students as they learn new skills and develop as professionals
Attend lectures within the 11-week online course
Lead discussion sections to reinforce key concepts
Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.
Communicate with students regularly and respond to messages in a timely manner
Help students stay motivated and build strong academic habits
