Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Perform routine account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries.
• Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting requests.
• Monitor internal controls and healthcare finance standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve questions.
• Ensure timely processing of cash-related transactions and AR activities.
• Reconcile deposits, adjustments, and general ledger postings.
