Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of client services, account management, or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day contact for health plan partners and manage client relationships.
• Understand client benefit programs and ensure cross-department execution.
• Lead regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and status updates.
• Monitor operational performance, deliver benefits, reporting, and member communications.
• Identify process improvements and document configurations in Confluence.
• Collaborate to identify cross-sell opportunities and assist in proposals.
