PRO-spectus seeks an Access Manager to drive patient access for healthcare claims, approvals, and reimbursements. This remote, US-based role coordinates with physicians, payors, clinics, and clients to resolve barriers and ensure timely access to therapy.

You will verify benefits, navigate prior authorizations, and guide appeals while maintaining clear documentation and proactive communication with stakeholders. Strong healthcare knowledge is essential.

Competenze

• Advanced knowledge and experience in healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of biologic and specialty pharmaceutical markets, including reimbursement dynamics and patient access challenges.
• College degree (bachelor’s or associate degree) preferred.

• Manage end-to-end case activities through insurance verification and authorization to establish coverage.
• Prioritize multiple demands including timelines and stakeholder communications with accuracy.
• Serve as single point of contact between internal/external teams, client, provider, payor, facility, and patient.
• Provide oversight across multiple client programs to ensure quality service.
