Job summary

Fullsteam is a leading provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology dedicated to helping businesses flourish. As an Account Manager for Health and Wellness, you will expand relationships within existing customers, uncover opportunities for upselling, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our software solutions and services.

You will work with the Customer Success team to drive renewals, adoption, and growth, while maintaining a robust CRM and sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of software sales experience, SMB/mid-market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic account plan to grow within assigned customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders via phone, video, email, and in-person.
• Manage renewals, prevent churn, and track metrics in CRM.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline and account status to management.
