Job summary

PHIL is seeking a Client Strategy Associate to support pharmaceutical manufacturer programs on our platform. You will manage day-to-day client engagement, leverage data to drive program performance, support launches, and develop recommendations with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years of client-facing analytics or startup operations experience, proficiency with Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of client-facing, analytics, or startup operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented; BI/data visualization proficiency preferred.
• Data-driven mindset turning data into insights for clients and teams.
• Able to work in ambiguity and drive results through cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement and program success through planning and execution.
• Coordinate programs and translate client goals into actionable steps.
• Analyze performance, build dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Generate strategic insights to optimize program rules and patient experience.
