Oscar Health is hiring a Health System Contracting Associate to join the Network Contracting team. The role focuses on evaluating, negotiating, and managing partnerships with hospitals and health systems to improve affordability and member experience.

The position reports to the Manager, Network Contracting, can be remote with residency in GA, NC, or SC, and involves travel for meetings and events. Competitive base pay and performance bonuses are offered.

Formación

• 3+ years in healthcare client management, contracting, or related analytical field.
• 2+ years supporting analytical workstreams for senior stakeholders.
• 1+ years analyzing complex financial or operational data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute market-level contracting strategies.
• Analyze provider economics, reimbursement, and contract performance.
• Translate financial analyses into negotiation strategy recommendations.
• Prepare for and participate in negotiations with hospitals/health systems.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with providers under guidance from senior team.
• Review existing provider agreements for improvements.
• Manage cross-functional contracting workstreams from analysis to implementation.
• Support improvements to contracting tools, workflows, and reporting.
• Monitor networks for compliance and address deficiencies.
