Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a Technical Consultant to support a dedicated client. This fully remote role requires approximately 75% travel to customer sites during peak season (Feb–Oct) and may be based in major hubs such as Dallas.

You will collaborate with the Global Health & Safety team to assess and improve safety standards, processes, and practices to reduce risk. The position offers growth potential, leadership opportunities, and exposure to a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with coursework in math, engineering or related areas and at least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or progressive safety/health field.
• Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in a specialized field, service planning and delivery, risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management and progress measurement.
• Fully effective interpersonal, writing and other communication skills required to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Account Service: Partner with UPS Health & Safety, Operations, and Engineering to evaluate the global safety management system, recommend improvements, and develop action plans to reduce risk.
• Leadership: Collaborate, influence, and inspire others to achieve shared goals through mentoring, coaching, and continuous personal and professional growth.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply a growth mindset to continually enhance work quality and service delivery through collaboration and innovation.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations to influence outcomes and support business objectives.
