Job summary

United Safety Professionals is seeking a Health and Safety Consultant for a full-time remote role. You will advise clients across diverse industries on health and safety best practices, conduct risk assessments, and align management systems with regulatory standards.

You will design and deliver training, support certification efforts, and produce clear documentation such as reports, procedures, and action plans.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Occupational Health, applicable across multiple industries.
Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs, including development and improvement.
Relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent credentials.
Ability to design and deliver effective training on safety regulations, procedures, and workplace practices.
Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory frameworks; experience with audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments and reviews of safety policies.
Develop or update health and safety management systems to regulatory standards.
Design and deliver safety training and support client certifications.
Prepare reports, procedures, and corrective action plans for clients.
Collaborate with client leadership and site personnel to identify hazards and implement controls.
