Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator for the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) team. This full-time, benefits-eligible, grant-funded role can be home-based, with resources to support work-life harmonization.

You will manage day-to-day operations, maintain project documentation, and coordinate with researchers and stakeholders to advance measures and research goals.

Qualifications

• Three years of administrative or project coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating meetings and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of initiatives, scheduling meetings, taking notes, tracking actions.
• Develop and maintain information in project tracking systems and SharePoint.
• Handle administrative and financial tasks including invoices and budgets.
• Support virtual meeting logistics and technology setup.
• Serve as primary point of contact for participants and partners; coordinate communications.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist with development and dissemination of program materials.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for research and measure development activities.
