Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented Health Information Specialist to process patient record requests in a remote capacity. You will manage inquiries from patients, insurers, and attorneys, ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of health information and accurate data entry across platforms.

The role requires strong English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient health information requests with HIPAA-compliant methods.
