Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, economics, a clinical field, public health, healthcare or public administration; or five years of experience with product development, product management, project management, service line management, network development, strategic planning, marketing or business development.
• Four years of experience in health care, health insurance, managed care, employee health benefits management, or self-insured plan administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned products to meet membership growth goals and NOI targets, ensuring market need, efficiency, satisfaction, compliance and financial performance.
• Leads cross-functional teams and interfaces with project managers, product teams, operations, sales, and stakeholders; acts as internal product expert in daily operations.
• Evaluates new product opportunities, geographic expansion, market entry and partnerships to meet growth objectives and introduces new products to market.
• Monitors national and local competitor products, market trends, and research to ensure optimal product positioning and education to internal teams.
• Manages relationships with vendors, partners and affiliate contracts as applicable.
