Qualifications

7+ years of PR experience in an agency setting.
Proven ability to lead multiple client programs and manage teams.
Strong writing, pitching, and presentation skills.
Experience mentoring high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple accounts and serve as senior day-to-day contact for clients.
Develop and implement strategic communications plans that align with client goals.
Provide media strategy counsel and guide thought leadership efforts.
Identify growth opportunities and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Oversee budgets, staffing, and resource allocation; deliver ROI analyses.
Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations.
