Qualifications

• 7+ years of PR experience in an agency setting.
• Proven track record leading multiple client programs and account teams.
• Strong writing, pitching, and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple accounts as senior day-to-day contact for clients.
• Develop and implement strategic communications plans aligning with client goals.
• Provide counsel on media strategy, storytelling, and executive visibility.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and resource allocation; deliver ROI reporting.
• Lead and mentor junior/mid-level PR professionals; manage deadlines.
