Job summary

You will influence policy on Medicare/Medicaid, manage budgets and timelines, and present findings to diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates have advanced training in economics or health policy, with strong econometric and data skills, and a track record of applied research.

Qualifications

• PhD in economics or related quantitative field (or Master’s +6 years).
• Experience leading applied quantitative research and evaluation.
• Expertise in causal and statistical inference on large data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or contribute to quantitative research on health policy topics.
• Design and supervise analyses of large datasets.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for policy and clients.
• Ensure high quality and timely delivery of work products.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and manage project plans.
• Supervise research staff and coordinate with clients.
• Contribute to proposals and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain expertise in health policy and data sources.
