Job summary

RTI Health Solutions invites applications for a Senior Research Statistician to join the Evidence Synthesis and Statistics team. You will work with health economists, statisticians, epidemiologists, and literature review specialists to assess clinical and economic value of interventions.

The role emphasizes independent analysis design, advanced statistics, and collaboration across client engagements. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, Master's degree with 3+ years, or PhD with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently designing and executing statistical analyses in healthcare research or HEOR.
• Advanced programming proficiency in R; experience with STATA, SAS, or Bayesian software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop statistical analysis plans and datasets; perform analyses across HEOR projects.
• Lead statistical analyses for health technology assessment; include NMA, MAICs, STCs, survival and utility analyses.
• Develop, validate, and maintain statistical programming code and tools (R, STATA, SAS).
• Mentor junior statisticians; provide technical guidance and code reviews.
• Prepare high-quality statistical reports and client-facing deliverables.
