Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Systems Configuration Analyst to configure and optimize enterprise Health Plan systems. You will translate business requirements into technical configurations, execute builds, and support testing and reporting using SQL and Power BI.

You will work with IT and business teams to deliver timely solutions, handle data mapping and integrations, and ensure quality through testing within Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system configuration, technical systems analysis, or business systems support.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise systems without developer involvement.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical configuration.
• Experience with system testing including unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience supporting healthcare systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Crystal Reports (2013+) experience.
• Azure DevOps exposure.
• API integrations, data mapping, or middleware familiarity.
• Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure enterprise systems including workflows, rules, tables, and logic.
• Translate business requirements into technical configuration specifications.
• Execute system changes, enhancements, and optimizations end to end.
• Develop and execute test cases for new configurations and updates.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, data discrepancies, and reporting defects.
• Support reporting needs using SQL, Excel, and system reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver solutions quickly.
