Lancesoft seeks a Health IT Technical Analyst for NC HIEA work, primarily remote. The role focuses on clinical data support for Medicaid projects, with API work and collaboration across teams to ensure timely implementations.

Ideal candidates have experience with HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD/CPT/RxNorm, and health data exchange standards, plus strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Expertise in HL7, FHIR, and health information exchange standards.
• Ability to analyze, validate, troubleshoot, and ensure clinical data accuracy.
• Experience with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, CPT, and RxNorm.
• Experience supporting HIE platforms and data exchange projects.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot NC HealthConnex clinical data used to support HR1 work requirement exemption determinations.
• Assist with the development and refinement of the API that delivers relevant clinical data from NC HealthConnex to NCFAST (DHB s eligibility system).
• Work with SAS, J2, NC Medicaid teams and stakeholders to test data flows and move new functionality into production.
• Support scoping of new projects and feasibility assessments.
