Job summary

SimplyInsured is seeking a customer service specialist to assist potential customers, provide quotes, and resolve questions across chat, phone, and email. You’ll represent our brand and help eliminate fear around health insurance while supporting small business clients.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in customer service or sales, strong multitasking and communication skills, and familiarity with ticketing/CRM tools. This is a fully remote role with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm CST schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
• Strong multitasking ability
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Familiarity with support ticketing/CRM systems
• Passion for helping people and serving small businesses

Responsibilities

• Assist potential customers with navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes.
• Address and resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers, ensuring prompt, thorough responses.
• Document customer interactions across phone, chat, and email using our ticketing/CRM tools, and suggest improvements to the customer experience
