Sentara Health is hiring a Contact Center Advisor in Virginia Beach and across remote locations to handle telephonic sales inquiries, quote rates, and enroll eligible customers.

You will upsell and cross-sell products, advise on coverage, and conduct follow-up calls. A high school diploma is required and you must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required).
• Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire.
• 1 year of prior sales experience (required).

Responsabilités
