HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to drive requirements for core payor systems in a remote US role.

You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to elicit needs, document business and functional specs, and translate them into technical requirements. You will collaborate with development and QA, participate in sprint planning, and demo MVPs for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare payor domain.
• Experience mapping EDI healthcare transactions (837, 834, 835,270/271, 276/277, 278).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or technical field.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirement conversations with customer and internal teams.
• Develop business and functional requirements for Claims, Enrollment, Provider, and Payment systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development and QA to ensure delivery meets objectives.
• Contribute to sprint planning and MVP demos.
