Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level Temp ROI Associate to process medical record requests, ensuring HIPAA privacy and accuracy. You will handle calls from patients, insurers, and attorneys, documenting information across multiple platforms and using Microsoft Office.

The role is remote for up to 6 months with potential extension, offers comprehensive training, equipment, and full benefits including PTO, health/vision/dental, 401k, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and processes.
• Adhere to conduct policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with administrative duties as needed.
