Qualifications

• CMS and Joint Commission regulations knowledge.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred (Acute care HIM).
• Inquisitive mindset and openness to AI-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Completes analysis/reanalysis of all records accurately and timely.
• Follows up with departments for missing documentation.
• Creates charting deficiencies in the system and assigns to providers.
• Manages work queues to ensure timely chart completion.
• Documents workflows and reports issues/trends to management.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
