Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to help train AI systems using real-world healthcare data. You will assess AI-generated clinical content, validate accuracy, and provide structured feedback from EHR and health information perspectives.

This fully remote hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and opportunities to engage with leading AI research teams. Prior healthcare data experience is valuable, and the role emphasizes independent, detail-oriented work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data and EHR systems.
• Familiarity with health data standards and clinical terminology.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
• Apply knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data standards to assess and improve AI outputs
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-generated responses related to health informatics
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using evaluation frameworks and rating rubrics
• Contribute to data quality reviews and annotation tasks tied to clinical and operational healthcare scenarios
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
