Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to help train AI with real-world healthcare data. You will apply expertise in EHRs, clinical workflows, and data interpretation to evaluate AI outputs and improve model accuracy.

This remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours/week, asynchronous collaboration with a global team, and the chance to influence how AI understands healthcare information at scale. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7/FHIR

Qualifications

• Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical thinker with a solid foundation in data interpretation and health informatics.
• Comfortable working with clinical, technical, and operational concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, clinical data interpretations, and EHR-related outputs for accuracy and quality.
• Review and assess AI responses related to health information systems, clinical workflows, and operational data.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI-generated healthcare analysis and provide structured, expert feedback.
• Apply your knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and trend analysis to evaluate AI performance in real-world clinical scenarios.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of domain experts and AI researchers.
