Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst for an AI training-focused role. This remote, hourly contract leverages your expertise in EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data to influence how AI understands healthcare information.

The position offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the opportunity to work with leading research teams on cutting-edge AI projects from anywhere.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.), or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills across data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to assess clinical and operational data for accuracy and relevance.
• Comfortable working across clinical, technical, and administrative domains.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated responses and outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical informatics.
• Identify errors, inaccuracies, or gaps in AI reasoning around clinical and operational health information.
• Analyze and annotate healthcare datasets to improve AI accuracy and reliability.
• Provide structured, expert feedback on data quality, clinical logic, and workflow relevance.
• Review AI outputs for alignment with real-world health informatics standards and best practices.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
