Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Population Health Informaticist (AI Training) to evaluate AI-generated population health analyses and data pipelines. You’ll review dashboards and reporting frameworks used in health surveillance and provide expert feedback to improve AI reasoning on population health concepts.

The role is fully remote, hourly contract, and offers flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week). You’ll work independently in an async environment with a global network of experts.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare or population-level datasets.
• Ability to analyze and visualize health data for AI context.
• Clear written and verbal communication of complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated population health analyses for accuracy and applicability.
• Review data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks used in health surveillance.
• Identify gaps, biases, or errors in AI outputs for health trends and disparities.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning on population health concepts.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable evaluations to enhance AI performance.
