Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst for AI training to validate and improve AI outputs in healthcare. This fully remote role leverages your experience with EHRs and clinical data to ensure accurate, clinically sound AI reasoning.

You’ll work on a 10-40 hour per week, asynchronous schedule, evaluating AI content, applying health data standards, and providing structured feedback to AI research teams. Your expertise shapes AI understanding of healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Familiarity with health data standards and clinical terminology.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in writing.
• Self-motivated, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• No prior AI experience required; healthcare expertise matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy and quality.

• Identify errors or gaps in AI responses related to health informatics.
