Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to apply domain expertise in healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows. You’ll evaluate AI outputs and inform model improvements while working remotely on a flexible, task-based schedule.

The role centers on analyzing healthcare data, validating AI outputs, and providing actionable recommendations for clinicians and IT teams. Prior experience with healthcare informatics is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking with hands-on data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting experience.
• Ability to bridge clinical, technical, and operational perspectives clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health information systems, and operational data for accuracy and quality.
• Assess and provide structured feedback on data pipelines, reporting tools, and health information system logic.
• Prepare clear, actionable recommendations based on data findings for clinicians, IT teams, and leadership.
• Help ensure AI models reflect real-world healthcare standards, terminology, and best practices.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
