Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will evaluate AI outputs on hospital data governance, ensure regulatory alignment, and provide expert feedback.

This role requires strong healthcare data governance expertise and the ability to work independently on flexible schedules. You will collaborate across clinical, operational, and regulatory domains, focusing on data quality and trust in AI systems.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy and regulatory frameworks — HIPAA and beyond.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to evaluating complex information.
• Clear and precise written communication with ability to flag issues.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to hospital data governance, clinical data management, and healthcare compliance for accuracy and practical soundness.
• Apply governance frameworks, data quality standards, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA to assess and improve AI responses.
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unrealistic assumptions in how AI handles healthcare data scenarios.
• Provide structured, expert-level feedback to help AI systems reflect real-world hospital data environments.
• Work across clinical, operational, and regulatory domains to assess AI outputs from a cross-functional perspective.
• Complete task-based assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
