Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will evaluate AI outputs on hospital data governance, ensure regulatory alignment, and provide expert feedback.

This role requires strong healthcare data governance expertise and the ability to work independently on flexible schedules. You will collaborate across clinical, operational, and regulatory domains, focusing on data quality and trust in AI systems.

We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to help build and evaluate AI systems that interact with real-world health data environments. You'll bring your knowledge of governance frameworks, clinical data operations, and healthcare compliance to ensure AI outputs are accurate, trustworthy, and aligned with how hospitals actually work.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just a strong command of healthcare data governance and a sharp eye for quality.

• Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy and regulatory frameworks — HIPAA and beyond
• Comfortable thinking across clinical, IT, and compliance domains simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a systematic, structured approach to evaluating complex information
• Clear and precise written communicator able to explain your reasoning and flag issues effectively
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without direct supervision

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or structured data review
• Background working with EHR systems, health data platforms, or clinical analytics tools
• Familiarity with data stewardship, metadata management, or master data management in healthcare settings
• Experience in health informatics, clinical informatics, or health IT consulting
