Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our call-center like clinic operations. You will provide courteous, patient-focused service to customers and staff, handling registrations, scheduling and call routing with accuracy.

The role requires at least one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and comfort with Microsoft Office; experience in health care and HIPAA knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months scheduling experience and/or registration experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide unmatched customer service in a call-center like environment.
• Manage phone contacts to provide proficient, customer-centered services that meet or exceed expectations.
• Coordinate registration, scheduling, and call routing/navigating for the clinic care team.
• Proactively solve problems to ensure One Call One Resolution or soft handoff when appropriate.
