TailorCare is seeking world‑class Certified Health Coaches to join our remote‑first team. You will provide 1 on 1 virtual coaching to our members and support individuals on their path to healthier habits.

Qualifications

• NBC‑HWC designation is required and minimum 1 year of coaching experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience accepted.
• Experience with behavior change or chronic disease management is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1 on 1 virtual coaching to members.
• Support members’ journeys and reinforce behavior change to boost engagement.
• Reach out to members per service and workflow expectations.
• Document communications and participate in ongoing training with leadership.
