We seek one or two junior or mid-level associates licensed in California to join our team, with flexibility for remote work and no mandatory in-office attendance. Ideal candidates will have strong written analysis and experience in health care regulatory matters, with a readiness to handle diverse litigation tasks.

Qualifications

• California license to practice law
• Ability to practice in or near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with clients and provide clear, concise written legal analysis.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business operations and strategic goals.
• Provide creative, practical, and actionable legal advice.
• Collaborate with team members including specialists in fraud and abuse investigations, licensing and certification, and health care business transactions.
