Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience in health care litigation is preferred but not required; level-appropriate experience acceptable.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and team.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal in-office attendance.
• Interest in health law and complex regulatory regimes and litigation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients and provide clear, concise written legal analysis.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business operations, objectives and strategic goals.
• Provide creative, practical and actionable legal advice.
• Work collaboratively with team members across health care fraud, licensing and health care business transactions.
