Qualifications

• Licensed in California and seated for bar exam
• Interest in health care law and policy
• Experience in health care litigation preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and briefs in a concise manner

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients and provide clear written legal analysis
• Develop understanding of client operations, objectives and strategic goals
• Provide practical and actionable legal advice for health care matters
• Collaborate with colleagues across fraud, licensing and health care transactions teams
• Handle briefs, motions, discovery, e-discovery, depositions and internal investigations
