Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in planning, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating fiscal management studies.
• Minimum 3 years in budget development with financial data analysis and long-range planning.
• Minimum 6 months in strategic planning with objective mapping and performance measures.
• Minimum 6 months in narrative report writing.

Responsibilities

• Provides budget analysis and strategic planning guidance to executive management.
• Reviews federal funding requests and advises on funding decisions.
• Monitors fiscal activities, grants, contracts, and related approvals.
• Analyzes programs and projects to forecast costs and resource needs.
• Prepares reports and responds to legislative inquiries.
