Job Title: Remote Headhunter & Talent Sourcer(100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type:Full-time
Base Salary: $1,300 USD per month
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT (flexible)

Job Overview:
As a Headhunter/Sourcer, your primary focus will be sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of niche roles. You’ll be a master of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards, using your research skills and intuition to identify, engage, and convert top talent. You’ll work closely with the recruitment team to ensure we always have the best candidates ready for our clients.
Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Headhunting:

  • Proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and alternative sourcing tools.
  • Expand sourcing efforts to platforms like Indeed, Facebook, Loxxo, and other tools to identify additional talent beyond traditional channels.
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles and emerging client needs.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Craft compelling outreach messages that attract and convert candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit and gather key information.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high-touch recruitment experience.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Senior Recruiters and Account Managers to understand role requirements and client expectations.
  • Provide market insights and candidate feedback to improve job descriptions and search strategies.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Operations Specialist to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Additional tasks and special projects assigned by the Recruiting Manager or Head of Recruitment.

Tools & Reporting:

  • Use the ATS to track candidate stages and keep records updated.
  • Leverage analytics and reports to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate quality continuously.
  • Stay up to date with new sourcing tools and trends to keep our strategies competitive.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sourcer or Headhunter, in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.), and sourcing strategies.
  • Skilled in Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using ATS systems and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
