Job summary

STG International, Inc. is seeking a System Specialist to support the Head Start Training and Technical Assistance team in Region 8. The role is remote with up to 50% travel to Head Start locations; candidate must reside in CO, MT, ND, SD, UT, or WY.

The System Specialist will contribute to cross-system coordination among OCC, OHS, and state preschool/public education systems, providing TTA support and regional analysis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Head Start/Early Head Start programs and regional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze regional data to improve coordination across systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across state and federal partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to Regional/Area Office and TTA staff to improve cross-systems coordination.
• Coordinate with Head Start Associations and state education departments to enhance collaboration.
• Aggregate and present regional data to identify opportunities and strategies across systems.
