Job summary

Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead full‑cycle recruitment across creative, media production, and technical roles. This remote role serves candidates in NY Metro, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will design recruitment processes, partner with managers, source top talent, mentor recruiters, and drive data‑driven hiring strategies in a fast‑paced media tech environment. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast media and live event production industries, especially in major markets (SF Bay Area, LA, NY, London) preferred.
• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HireEZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of recruitment processes end‑to‑end.
• Partner with department managers to create compelling job postings and hiring requirements.
• Act as Senior Recruiter—source top talent, screen, schedule interviews, and craft tailored interview materials.
• Mentor and supervise a team of recruiters; provide coaching and performance guidance.
• Collaborate with HR on developing competitive offer packages and onboarding timelines.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Track metrics, SLAs, and ROI of recruitment technologies.
