Nebius Group is seeking an Offensive Security Lead to build and run Nebius' red team capability across our cloud stack. You will design and execute adversarial simulations on our infrastructure, translate findings into actionable security improvements, and drive security culture at scale.

You will recruit and mentor engineers, advance secure development practices, and collaborate with blue teams to close gaps and improve detection and response capabilities.

Formación

• 6+ years in offensive security – penetration testing, red teaming, or adversary simulation.
• 1–2+ years leading or mentoring a team.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a red team function within the Product Security Team.
• Hire and develop offensive security engineers.
• Automate routine validations and plan full-scoped red team engagements against Nebius cloud platform.
• Deliver actionable reports with prioritized findings and remediation guidance.
• Establish scalable red team processes, tooling, and methodology.
