Job summary

Nebius, Nasdaq-listed AI cloud company, is hiring an Offensive Security Engineer to join the Product Security Team. You will design and execute adversarial simulations across our cloud platform, translating findings into measurable security improvements.

This hands-on role involves establishing red team processes, conducting research on GPU and AI stacks, and delivering clear risk-based reports to engineers and leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of offensive security experience.
• Deep experience attacking cloud-native environments.
• Strong attack lifecycle knowledge: initial access to data exfiltration.
• Proficiency in building custom tooling (Python/Go).
• Experience leading red team and purple team exercises.
• Ability to write senior-level risk-focused reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and run adversarial simulations across Nebius cloud stack.
• Lead red team engagements and coordinate with blue teams.
• Research novel attacks on GPU infrastructure and AI stacks.
• Deliver actionable reports with remediation guidance.
• Establish scalable red team processes and tooling.
