Job summary

Veracity Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Offensive Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. You will lead red team engagements, conduct manual penetration testing, and emulate adversaries to identify weaknesses and improve defenses.

Requirements include a ABET-accredited engineering degree, 10+ years in cyber security with at least 4 years in red teaming, and certifications. We offer tuition reimbursement and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cyber security with at least 4 years in red teaming or adversary emulation.
• Proven ability to emulate adversary TTPs without heavy reliance on automated tools.
• Strong experience in manual penetration testing focusing on business logic flaws and complex vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute red team engagements, including adversary emulation.
• Perform manual penetration testing on web apps, infrastructure, cloud services, and APIs.
• Develop custom attack vectors and exploits, emphasizing stealth and persistence.
