Job summary

Code Metal seeks its first Head of Product to own the product strategy, organization, and operating model. You will translate our core technology into customer-ready products, partnering with Engineering, Sales, and customers.

Reporting to the CEO, you will shape packaging, positioning, and a scalable product roadmap while building a high-leverage team and driving go-to-market success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B tech, with leadership of product orgs.
• Able to drive strategy from ambiguity to concrete roadmaps.
• Strong technical literacy and builder mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for Code Metal's platform and roadmap.
• Own the product direction and cohesive user experience.
• Lead zero-to-one product development with engineering.
• Partner with Sales for packaging, positioning and GTM.
• Build a high-leverage Product organization.
