Humana Inc. is seeking a Manager, Product Ownership to translate product vision into actionable user stories for an Agile delivery team. You will define backlog priorities, write acceptance criteria, and coach up to eight Product Owners to deliver value on time.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across technology and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement in product delivery.

Competenze

Five+ years in product ownership or related Agile role.
Proven ability to coach Agile teams and product owners.
Experience leading Product Owners in SAFe is preferred.
Healthcare/Managed care enterprise experience.
Experience managing priorities across several teams with competing demands.
Strong communication and problem-solving in ambiguous environments.

Mansioni

Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to eight Product Owners.
Establish and reinforce product ownership best practices, including backlog Mgmt, story writing, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and value-based decisions.
Act as the escalation point for prioritization, scope, and tactical decisions within the team's area.
Take part in Agile and SAFe events such as PI Planning and help make sure Product Owners are prepared and effective.
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership to drive alignment and decisions.
Find opportunities to improve team processes, tools, and delivery effectiveness.
