Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead our GTM and pricing strategies for a growing Automotive SaaS B2B product line. This remote role requires 5+ years in product marketing, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset.

You will drive market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales enablement, while mentoring a talented team and collaborating across product and sales functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in tech services.
• Proven GTM strategy development for SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, pricing, and packaging.
• Experience with AI tooling and data analysis to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with product development to define USP and value propositions.
• Lead GTM strategy including market segmentation, positioning, and competitive analysis.
• Create sales tools and collateral: datasheets, case studies, demos, presentations.
• Mentor and lead a marketing team; drive innovation and collaboration.
• Leverage AI tooling to analyze market trends and inform strategy.
• Oversee pricing and packaging to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
