Hireroo is seeking a Head of Partners Acquisition to lead regional growth by optimizing partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) in the forex/fintech space. This remote role is preferred in Thailand and requires strong leadership, market strategy, and relationship management.

You will manage a team of Business Development Managers, set KPIs, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance targets are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in Business Development and IB functions in Forex/Fintech.
• 2–3+ years in a leadership role managing IB/BD teams.
• Proficient in Thai and English for strategic and commercial discussions.
• Strong leadership, relationship management and stakeholder skills.
• Experience negotiating high-level partnerships and driving performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own accountability for IB performance and growth in Thailand.
• Define country strategy and translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and address performance gaps.
• Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
• Set KPIs and manage performance through coaching and action plans.
• Design initiatives to acquire new IB partnerships and scale existing ones.
• Collaborate with Support, Payments, Product, Compliance and other teams.
• Analyse partner activity and market trends to drive improvements.
• Build long-term partnerships to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Leverage data-driven insights for decision making and strategy.
